First and foremost we are a people business with a lighthearted and engaging culture, which has really shone through in these past months as we've continued to work remotely through the pandemic. It's a shame that you weren't able to experience that with us, because as you state yourself 'members of the team were pleasant to work with'.
Our customers and staff are central to our company ethos and business approach, which is why you are correct that we do focus our business on a selective cohort of organisations for which we provide targetted and specialised IT services. There are many organisations whose preferred focus is rapid scaling through customer acquisition, who no doubt do well in spinning many customer plates with a lighter touch approach. This is simply not our preference, we aim to be considered as a true IT Partner for those organisations we support.
To be honest it sounds like in this instance there has simply been a culture mismatch, which can happen in any organisation. I hope that you've been able to find an organisation that is aligned closer to your ideals, and wish you all the best for the future.
