Fun environment working and interacting with co-counselors and campers that are passionate about technology and games.

While most of the counselors have the technical expertise to teach their workshops, many of them are ill-equipped to care for and oversee campers. The summer camp season can be long and stressful and many of the campers require special attention that staff training does not account for. Furthermore, most of the senior staff that conducts the training leaves afterwards, leaving only a couple directors to support the counselors.
