Although part of a group with offices across Europe and expanding, the UK office is still relatively small in numbers which allows for everyone to have a really important voice and contribute to success. The teams work closely in collaboration and the working environment is friendly with efforts made to keep people motivated and engaged. There are social events such as summer and Christmas Parties along with charity events. There are also incentives such as emagineer of the quarter, lunch club and company trips.
Cons
The company is growing quickly and is very dynamic so if you work better inside large companies where processes are rigid and there is rarely change then this probably isn't the company for you, its is fast growing and constantly evolving to improve which requires proactive and dynamic people who can adapt quickly.
