Pros

People are very kind and warm. Shout out to my recruiter Miss Kristelle who's been very patient and very hands on through out my application. There was indeed a very long wait time but they make sure to keep you updated all through out the process and always answers your questions. Leadership people also made sure to warmly welcome you to the company. I'm also lucky to have my CSM Christie. She is very kind and approachable. Offer is competitive. Though they are agency, they will not let the clients lowball you. They have gone 2 negotiation until we met halfway which was really nice. I may not know what they do in the background but it seems that they are really working on getting you a good rate based on your skills which I really like. Hopefully I'll be moved to full time so I can also get to have their benefits like HMO :) They also provide you the equipment so for those who would like to work from home but doesn't have the means to do so due to lack of equipment, you can never go wrong with Emapta. I know that I am just new with the company , but they really made a good first impression.

Cons

Not really con but maybe something that they can improve specific on the onboarding team. There's just some delay on the response if you ask them questions related to your requirements which is I believe critical documents that needs to be addressed especially if the employee is nearing their start date. I know that they are processing a lot of applications and other stuff. It could have just been better if there is a prompt and timely response. but all in all, the company is really great.

Pros

Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

Cons

Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.

I dont really know, maybe I have a great client

We are working on a location full of noise, really hard comuniation between CXM and the client.
