      Pros

      - Salary on time. - Annual bonus but now it's linked to appraisals. - 7 hours work.

      Cons

      - HR is hostile and takes sadistic pleasure in coming up with anti employee policies. - Top management wants 'yes boss' subordinates. - Appraisal discussion are not happening at all. Ratings are forced. 'Take it or leave it' attitude is rampant. - Touchy about timings using unnecessary biometrics.

      Pros

      - They pay equivalent to dollars, which can be a plus. - Fridays are half days.

      Cons

      - The company is not flexible at all. - Job stability is a major issue; they can fire anyone easily without much notice. - Most of the projects are legacy systems and do not follow best practices. - There's no opportunity for learning or professional growth. - The work environment is very tough and stressful. Management is bad and lacks proper leadership.
