Pros

-Really awesome and smart consultants - definitely seems like the company know what they’re doing on this side -Great company benefits

Cons

Constant negative changes. Management lies straight to people’s faces about a variety of things from performance to job security. They’ve let many people go with zero warning who have been on track with goals. That being said, goals are a constant moving target, from tangible to intangible performance metrics. They’ve changed compensation structures with no consideration into people’s livelihoods. They even changed compensation to where if a salesperson hits the likely unobtainable goal in year one, the base changes from 115k+ to below 40k. They had the most recent round of new hires sign the new compensation structure in their first week of employment with no warning when prior sales people were changed to this pay structure weeks before the new hire start. The company isn’t honest during the recruitment process. From sales team culture to even misconstruing employee success in recruitment videos. Don’t get me wrong- there are a lot of successful sales people here who started years ago, but in the past year+, the sales structure has went off the rails. They’re creating an environment where people don’t trust management and don’t know how to be successful. Hopefully this doesn’t leak to other teams within the organization.
