Pros
Pros of this company would be that the staff are nice especially the hard working employees. The hiring director is extremely nice and has her door open if anyone needs assistance.
Cons
Terribly micromanaged
Will hold you accountable for mistakes that are out of your control
-Type of management that does not believe in mutual accountability and will point fingers and will blame someone even for things that you weren't trained for.
The pay does not compensate for that type of work. Overworks their employees
Not flexible whatsoever with your schedule. They would expect for you to not attend important appointments such as doctor's appointments.
Work is easy but management (especially the micromanager) will do their ultimate best to point out your flaws and bash you rather than encourage employees or acknowledge them.
Harsh on people fresh out of training, expect you to know way more than what you're trained to do and still somehow blames you.
Always receiving some sort of audit to try and record flaws
Very inefficient and non-productive in helping employees get their work done. Would disappear when the entire floor needs management assistance
CEO's never acknowledge you nor interact with you
And finally, a terrible job choice for people who went to college. There is absolutely NO room to grow, you will always be stagnant in what you are doing. They are very wise using information against you to get what they want. College grads run away from this, you worked way too hard to end up at a company like this. This is a simple application processing position and anyone can do it. It's best if they just hire blue collar employees because people who went to college worked way too hard to get tossed around by the micromanager (Management doesn't even know how to do half of the work the employees do. So instead of helping their employees, they scold them by asking why they don't know the information and tell you to look at the manual; which more than likely it's not in the manual). When I mean they, I mean the micromanager.
