The size of the corporation offers many chances to relocate to different locations, assuming your manager allows you to transfer.
Cons
Entire restaurant staff had a substance abuse problem. I have seen cooks pouring whiskey into their coffee cups while on the clock and then having them yell at me when I complained about the quality and presentation of the food served. Many employees come to work hungover, high or drunk, the managers discuss growing marijuana in their homes. Very unprofessional environment.
