      Pros

      a casual and comfort working environment, everyone is pretty nice, nice window view(at one of the tall buildings in downtown Seattle),nice resteraunt all around, you can walk for a few minutes to get to Pike market. job itself is very relaxed, no extra working hour.

      Cons

      not so care about art quality, not a very good place for aspiring artist who want to promote their skill.

      Pros

      • Employees have ownership of their work & workload. • Amazing work/life balance. No crunch. No weekends. • Great benefits; 401k, healthcare, dental, all that. • Very competitive pay with an excellent bonus structure. • Amazing beer on tap at all times. • Projects we work on are fun and engaging. • Team is the best I've ever worked with. • Awesome location in the heart of downtown Seattle near Pikes Place market. • Very stable and almost 0% employee churn.

      Cons

      • Flat structure isn't for everyone. You really have to ok with owning your work and responsibilities.
