      Close to my home, flexible hours

      Cons

      management wasn't great and I was left on my own on the bar quite often. The clientele wasn't great either.

      Locally owned and community friendly oriented business. Hours are flexible and I have the ability to work in correlation with my current life circumstances.

      More hours can be giving or extra workers could be hired.
