Pros

You will learn how to deal with worst management team. 1. CEO : a) Who keeps yelling and shouting whole day and blames and abuses employees for her incompetency. CEO is maniac who insults people in office for eating normal lunch (chapati and rice ) in office and forces everyone to eat continental so that you don't feel sleepy in afternoon and work. 2. Top Management: They are paid 30-35 lakhs per annum but don't even add value worth 3 lakhs but play politics against their juniors to safeguard them and lick CEO's boots

Cons

1. Hopeless work culture . Every small decision you should get approval from CEO. Even in between meetings if you want to go to washroom or drink water you need to take permission 2. No safety at all. Amidst this COVID crisis situation 15 people are positive in office. However CEO is tested negative and hence she is calling everyone to office without any precautions or necessary safety measures. I would love to attach images if glassdoor has provided that option 3. Not accepting reality or thinking logically. You work for 14 -15 hrs 7 days but still CEO is not satisfied.On top of that employees are asked to give good reviews just to hide fact and reality. CHEATERS!!! 4. Treats employees as slaves, robots and personal life or free time is crime in dictionary. Even speaking with family or caring for elderly parents is crime.

This place is a joke. You never get raises and for all your hard work ypu get a gift card for Christmas. They let a convicted criminal work here and come in late and high and drunk and never did his work, they let him stay over a year. However a good hardworking employee like me that shows up daily. Does over time. Gets their work done. And does other people's work gets taken advantage of and not appreciated and when I ask for compensation for doing others work and more work I get fired. They'll send ypu flowers and say thanks. Or pay you cash under the table. Bur heaven forbid you ask for a raise. They have people as managers that don't need to be managing anyone. And if you're not part of the in crowd dont bother. I always thought that I'm confused as to why people left. Now I have clear understanding as to why. This place does not know how to run a business and you can't trust your manager or boss. There is no h.r person you can turn to either. They hired one but she is basically payroll. I am warning you to just stay away

Pros

Nothing good about it until your a person who loves to work extra hours and have basic knowledge of your work, because management knows nothing they just want everything under a unrealistic deadline

Cons

No pipeline Unprofessional work culture Force you to give them good ratings No job security Managers with no experience Office politics No learning 10 to 12 working hours They can ask you to work on weekends anytime without any notice and this will happen 2 time every month At first you will get a good package and after that you don’t even get a appraisal or variable no matter how hard you work They give you positions that you don’t deserve and have no knowledge, and in the end your profile is become a joke
