Pros

This position offers no Pros

Cons

The brand ambassador position seems like an great way to make some money but it is not. The business model is not set up well at all. You are required to put money up front for the liquor for the tastings. You then will not receive your pay or your reimbursement for weeks and weeks. I have spoken to other employees that have worked shifts and not received payments for months at a time. It seems that the company does not have enough cash flow coming in.

Pros

Working as a Territory Manager at Embr Events comes with many positive aspects as well as some challenges. One of the main advantages is the strong company culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity. The role provides hands-on experience in brand marketing, allowing me to gain valuable exposure to different campaigns and client interactions. There is also a great deal of autonomy and flexibility, which enables me to manage my territory independently and make impactful decisions. The position offers excellent networking opportunities with various brands and professionals in the industry, helping me build meaningful connections. Additionally, the job allows for ongoing skill development in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, all within a dynamic and fast-paced environment that keeps things exciting and engaging.

Cons

On the other hand, there are some challenges that come with the position. The schedule can be inconsistent, especially during peak seasons, which sometimes results in long or irregular hours.
