      There are no pros to this company because they do not care about you

      Cons

      You can be doing the same job for 10 years and its running perfect, yet they hire someone who doesn't know anything about what you do, and they want to add more work to an already overwhelmed department and try to change your processes because they won't sit with you to learn it. You also don't get paid what you deserve for all the work you do.

      Pros

      Able to pick up extra shifts for extra cash. Work life balance is not bad if you work with a surgeon who respects your time. Decent PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Bonus is structured heavily towards PAs seeing patients, you lose out if you work in the OR. Management is awful, they have no idea what’s going on, yet try to micromanage. If you work for a good doctor who respects you and your time, it makes working there tolerable.
