Pros
Good place to get experience and get out. Recommend moving to billing and moving on to another job that will pay more and have better hours. Due to long work days co workers can become like family.
Cons
Very low pay. Owner is cheap! It wasn't hard to find a higher paying job once I left because the pay was so low. Get your billing experience if you don't have any and move on!
