Pros
Supportive working environment I've found that whether it's working with full time employees in Singapore, Shanghai or the US everyone is eager to help and work together to get things done. Professional growth Because ES is rapidly growing it's business around the world, working for ES has provided me lots of opportunity to grow professionally. I am constantly challenged to better myself and my craft. Great place to build a career. Communication The leadership is extremely supportive and responsive to issues or problems. I appreciate how easy it is to approach leadership at the different levels throughout the organization. Multicultural environment At ES I've gotten to work with people from around the globe. This truly international company and environment has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Work/Life balance I was worried making the move into this industry because of the horror stories of long hours and lack of work/life balance. Working for ES has proven to be quite the opposite. The leadership seems to truly appreciate its people and respects their lives outside of the office. This is also reflected in the benefits the company offers. The total paid leave and optional work from home time are well above the industry standard. Work hard/play hard Weekly happy hours, team events and monthly outings make ES a fun place to be with a great working culture.
Cons
Since the company is growing things can change quickly as well as people may be asked to do things outside of their job description. If you are not adaptable or can wear different hats this may not be the right environment for you.
