Pros
Since they are a small company, interns get a lot of experience. The atmosphere is fantastic because they understand missteps, and work well with you to correct them. The culture is inviting and family-like. Everyone gets treated with respect and care. Everyone talks to everyone, employee status does not mean much in this firm. They are also ahead of most small companies with their adoption of new technologies. They are cloud-based, and use the most current accounting software.
Cons
Only con is that they need more staffing. They take on a lot of new business but have a limited amount of staff, so work ends up being piled up.
