TM does handle a lot more than a typical sales role. It is complex and not for people with closed mindsets or used to typical sales roles

If want to be overworked, burnout quickly, and question your worth, this is the place! Horrible upper management with unrealistic expectations. A complete circus. I've never worked for a company like this in my life. Only a few of my teammates were decent people to work with. They promise you a hybrid position and have their most successful year yet and what do they do take that away from everyone. Horrible turnover and untrustworthy leadership or lack their of. My direct bosses were horrible, so many times I was expected to take the blame for their own mistakes or they took credit for my work. I was constantly on the verge of a panic attack and walking on eggshells. Also they do not let you make a single mistake here at any cost, c'mon treat your people like their human!...Oh also the pay is horrible for what is expected. Run far far away from this place unless you want to experience complete burnout and sacrifice your mental health!
