Pros
I have worked at Emile Learning for about five months as an instructor and curriculum developer (for two courses) and I have nothing but good things to say. The leadership team is so kind and open to feedback, the work culture is positive, the pay is great, and you get to set your own hours and work independently. You do have to have good time management skills and be flexible in terms of deadlines and deliverables, but given that I joined the company in its earliest stages of development, that was a given when I signed on. Highly recommend working for Emile!
Cons
The only con I can think of is how fast-paced the work environment is, but that makes the work more engaging and it's a start-up company, so that's to be expected.
