Pros
I learned how to take constructive criticism from my superiors. I also learned to deal with rejection in a professional manner.
Cons
The supervisors were not always consistent in the manner they delegated their authority to the other callers. It was sometimes blatantly obvious that friendships were more important that effective adminstration.
