- First and foremost, Empatico has an empathetic, diverse team of smart people that are a joy to work with. If I didn't work here, I'd still want to be friends with every single one of them. - A wonderful mission that makes the work easy and exciting. I feel like I'm contributing to making the world a better place every single day. - Supportive, trusting management that invests in the people, and listens to feedback.
Cons
None. If I absolutely had to name one, I'd only say that the organization is experiencing some normal growing pains with adjusting our old systems to a much bigger team and a product with a large, international user base.
