Business outlook
Pros
Great team to work with in the logistics / supply chain department. They're the reason why the job was fun. Pay isn't bad. You can move up fairly quickly if you're that good at what you do. They're growing as well.
Cons
Benefits and PTO need to improve. 15 days of PTO including holidays ain't going to cut it. To get three weeks of PTO you need to work at the company for at least five years. A lot of nepotism at the top of the parent company. I've seen too many of the CEO's best buddies get top positions they're definitely not qualified for.
