Pros
Small Company, Good People. Looking to connect people with long term, temp to hire jobs. Good pay, ok benefits. Creative at growing company; using technology and out of the box ideas. I was influential and my ideas were listened to.
Cons
Small company has it's set backs. Most notable, people swimming outside their lane. I did not feel encouraged or mentored, I was undermined and belittled by peers. My position was eliminated after only 90 days. I did not have a chance to be successful.
