It's a job. At a loss here, the parameters for this input require at least 5 words for Pros. Can't think of anything.
Cons
10% pay cut 2 years ago. VP comes out and blows smoke about 'saving our jobs and getting the pay back.' Seriously underbids the contract and gives us all a minimum of 8.5% pay cut, some got 25% or put on furlough (fancy term for being laid off without severance pay). Plus a slap in the face by renaming our positions to lower level titles. Between them and NETCOM's lack of leadership or management this is a terrible place to work.
