There was no mentorship, no real development, no meaningful career guidance. • Growth conversations were met with empty responses about bandwidth and next quarter. • Watching new hires get opportunities like conferences while others stayed stuck doing repetitive work was incredibly frustrating. • For a company this size, the complete absence of any real career structure is shocking. • People leave constantly because it quickly becomes obvious that nothing changes and there is nowhere to grow. • You do not build a career in this place, you just waste time until you finally realize it.
