Pros
Engineering team was pretty great, satisfaction with work seemed to be based on what project you worked on. Direct management & mentorship was great but more suited for people who want to hit the ground running. You have the ability to make a pretty big impact on the work, so its a great launchpad for early career. Great location in the North End.
Cons
pay is low for Boston, you can easily get burnt out working if you dont look out for yourself. company culture is friendly and efficient but not really too social. Not a lot of upwards growth
