      Pros

      1. There is scope for freshers to learn many technologies.

      Cons

      1. No value for the employees. 2. Worst policies 3. Irregular timings. Even you have to work all 24 hours. 4. Bad Management 5. Salary packages will be low. (There will be huge difference between Gross and Take Home) 6. Attitude of few Team leads in the company should change. (They think they were the CEO's of the company).
