Everyone truly believes in our product and is excited to work on it. Fully remote, and always will be, flexible schedule, all which fosters incredible work ethic from everyone. We all value kindness and respectfulness, and we like each other, so that makes "going" to work a real joy!

Really can't think of any cons. We are a real start-up, and sometimes that requires all hands on deck and balancing changing priorities and responsibilities, but that's all to be expected in this environment. Perhaps if you tend to flourish more in an in-office setting then this won't be the company for you, but we are very transparent about being fully remote, and the perks that entails, and we make sure folks we bring onboard will thrive with us.

The company has a great culture with a value of not hiring jerks. This creates a collaborative environment where everyone has an opportunity to contribute. Strong product development with new releases every week. Everyone is empowered to make decisions, while looping in the right stakeholders. Leadership is very open to feedback. Very nimble organization that communicates priorities throughout.

Not a con - just realize that Enable Us is a start up company. It requires flexibility on projects, decision making, and priorities.
