Pros
- It is a product based company, the project is big and one could learn a lot. - Opportunity to learn (but through self study only) - Employees are so good and it feels like a family working here - You could be in direct contact with CEO and discuss anything with him. - You will be paid for every extra minute for your overtime here - You will always have some work to do. - A movie day and a dinner day every 3 months. - You get an opportunity to have discussion on Salary Appraisal Meeting every year - Salary is calculated using TimeDoctor, so every minute counts. - Opportunity to work on complex problems
Cons
- Small company of just 15 members working under a teen shade - Old technologies : AngularJS 1, direct j2ee mvc - No PF, No Gratuity, No allowance (of any kind), No Bonus, No salary for off day (it is because you are getting per minute salary for your CTC though) - Very strict environment, if you found doing any stuff other than work on computer (e.g. looking for future opportunity, reading news, reading your personal mails), that could be your last day. - They use TimeDoctor application, which take screenshots of your screen every 5 min, your keystrokes, and if you are found 5 minutes of inactivity on your computer, you will have to explicitly make entry in TimeDoctor, so that CEO could approve it, otherwise your salary could be deducted. (i.e. if you were away from your desktop for 100 times a month for non computer stuff, you will have to make 100 entries) - You will always have work, if you do your work quickly, new task will be assigned to you at same time. - Although CEO is very nice, but he is very short tempered and if he got angry at you, he could abuse you, shout at you, could just throw you out of his office, doesn't matter how much time you spent at office or how good services you have given to this company. ( When I was there, there were more than 5 developers who were hired in this small team, made a good position in company and left office with very bad experience here )
