      Pros

      Staff are friendly and always willing to help each other.

      Cons

      No communication between managers and staff. Always left in the dark of what's happening. No care for staff, just a number and happy to load with work, and if you complain about work load they happy to lose the staff and not replace them.

      It used to be a really well run family business

      Cons

      No longer appears to be that way Management don’t take complaints seriously Pay is not great for your level of experience
