It is a great opportunity to immediately get given responsibility and learn a lot in a short time for graduates. Great for a hard-working, ambitious people.

Cons

Long hours, only good for people who are interested in their work otherwise it's hard.

Pays well, good culture, trains their employees well especially as most were juniors (I was not)

Cons

Long hours and the CEO is definitely on the tougher side of things, but I think that's a startup founder thing rather than specific to the company
