Company Review - Anonymous employee Enconnex Employee Review

This was the best job that I have ever had. Not because of the work itself, but because of the work environment. Every day working here was a pleasure and everyone at the company is a delight.

A lot of the decisions made here are not up to management but rather the parent company.

This is an unbelievable company to work for. The benefits package is competitive with Bay area companies and there is a strong focus on work-life balance. The company facilitates strong relationships between co-workers through full company events that happen just about every month. The whole team is working toward a common goal, and it really feels like a family.

If you're looking for a big company with plenty of wide ranging opportunities, this isn't the best place yet. Enconnex is growing, but for now you will have to make the most out of the roll you are given. That said, upper management has always looked to promote and progress those employees that are willing to work outside of their job description.
