Smart, hardworking people. Product is solving problems that are really on the cutting-edge of tech. Business is growing rapidly right now.
Cons
Culture of fear widespread because people get fired very quickly. Collaboration is low as a result because people act selfishly to survive. GTM team is especially uncollaborative and you have people who act like independent freelancers. I feel that the business may struggle to grow beyond where it is without better collaboration. If you like working collaboratively, this isn't the place for you. The TAM is also fairly small and the product does not cater to all AI businesses.
