Pros

Levvel Colleagues and management were very talented, organized, people focused. Used to add real values to people and business around Charlotte. If you manage to get on project, then you will do quality work/project. No Pros since Levvel was acquired by Endava

Cons

1. Endava business model is not employee/people centric, they keep telling Endava is people focused but in reality Endava's top leadership do not care about people at all, Endava keep acquiring new companies and then start reducing workforce from that company. Now Charlotte only has 20-30 % workforce left who were part of Levvel. 2. Annual salary is way below avarage, yearly raises and promotions(if anyone could get) are nothing compared to inflation rate. 3. Promotion Process is way difficult compared to other companies, employee has to fight and proof that he/she is eligible, it does not come naturaly from manager. 4. They have very weired concept of manager assignment. 5. Laid off 60%-70% of talented individual from all department. 6. Unable to get real work/contracts sign, 7. No encoragement from top management on any internal project billing. 8. They promote people and then fire them withing a month. 9. Stock options are almost to non, yearly bonuses not at all there for low level employee. 10. All incentives were downgraded after acquisition. 11. Its a Consultany Company and does not allow working from another(Certain) country in case of any emergeny.

Pros

This is a remote role

Cons

The environment is not set up for you to succeed. Depending on the team, the manager runs the team with little breathing room, constantly asking for status updates after a couple of hours of work. Daily meetings can be dreadfully long, wasting valuable time that could have been spent doing work, which leaves a small window of time before your manager impromptu calls you at random times of the day. Clients are incredibly difficult to deal with, having you interface with outgoing contractors who will fight you at every step of the way to making any meaningful progress. It is pulling teeth to get any cooperation, being misdirected, and heavily scrutinizing you to standards they don't even hold for themselves. Do not expect to be productive here, you will run through so many layers of red tape before you lose all motivation to make any impact.
