Pros

The pay is good .You get to make your own decisions. Meet some very nice people. Solve there problems. Teach them about at@t home security and what it can offer u.

Cons

Very little field training , field support. You better learn very quickly and understand what your doing because all they care about is the duration of your install. Everything your doing is dependent on the 2 programs you run through your ipad. All software related. Manager and the way they do things is very suspect from a morality perspective.Every tech is out for themselves.

Pros

Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement for top performers. It's a smaller company so you'll "wear a lot of hats" but get a lot of great experience in operations management in the telecom/IT field services sector. Lots of great people who work at this organization at the staff level. This is a great place to work for entry level staff looking to start your career.

Cons

Historically very poor morale because many experienced staff members feel over-worked and underpaid. I can't speak for how the pay compares to other companies, but that is the perception of many current/former employees. Management and executives tend to never take accountability for issues and always blames subordinates for problems (but then they take credit for successes), so be prepared for a lot of internal finger pointing (even though that goes against the company's Service Rules). If you get to a position above entry level, be wary of backstabbing and getting scapegoated, and do not trust management because they do not care about individuals, only meeting their own career objectives and covering their own back sides.
