Everything, where do I start :( It's like flying a plane while building it with no instructions and half the parts missing and no one cares. Make it up as you go in IT and Management couldn't care less. Not enough resources and they'll keep adding workload with a smile and tell everyone how great everything is. Very flexible WFH policy means lazy people literally do nothing, while those with a conscious have to do the heavy lifting. They have average reputation for a reason. Not worth the stress, stay away.
