We pride ourselves on being an events company that has survived the challenges of a pandemic without the need to layoff off or eliminate any positions; we were even able to add new team members. In other words, we've never needed to furlough therefore, we haven't. For all employees who voluntarily leave our organization, we conduct exit interviews to better assess how we can improve the employee experience. Information received is taken very seriously -- we've never heard anything like this before. We regret that you were not able to provide this information in your exit interview or in any of the provided engagement tools designed to offer you opportunities to grow and help the company better serve our employees. We work very hard to engage our team members regularly and we have formalized processes to help underperforming employees. Again, we regret you had such a poor experience at Endless and will continue to strive to be a great place to work, as noted by other employees who have shared their experience here on Glassdoor.
