Mission, strategy, and the people

Pay is low, and not a lot of advancement because it is a small group

Caring HR department; very flexible work arrangements/hybrid schedule; nice people for the most part; good location/close to Metro

A lot to list, unfortunately. Very inexperienced and incompetent CEO; weak leadership team due to said CEO; lack of trust and safety among colleagues; no one actually talks to each other so things are constantly getting misunderstood or other are left out; fearful and extremely conflict avoidant staff; a couple very negative and potentially toxic directors are left to stay and poison the well; and the latest is a significant budget deficit looming and all we really hear is to "keep things as close as you can" instead of talking about where this problem originated and how the organization is going to make larger changes to offset said deficit. Frustrating senior leadership (CEO really), for sure!
