Pros
Lovely client base, Clean and tidy spa , Nice fellow team mates.
Cons
Alot of stress and pressure on selling products even if clients don't need them . Pushing add on's also. Having to face a "chat" about your selling at the end of a hard shift or first thing in the morning. Being the last one on shift and having to clean the entire spa and not get paid for staying back & then get more abuse about how the place is not being kept clean. Treatments being squeezed in when there is not enough time to do it which leaves us running late which then means clients complain about us!!! Terrible manager there who just cares about money money money.....clearly forgotten about what beauty therapy is all about. HUGE staff turnover, disrespectful of staff -NO WORK LIFE BALANCE HERE
