Really difficult market to get sales, especially in Asia

The best aspect of being a machine operator at EnerG2's Albany location is the supervisors I work under. They are fair, understanding, have reasonable expectations, and show good critical thinking skills. Excellent health care. There is the possibility for operators to move up into management. The company has a massive focus on improving and maintaining a safe workplace.

The pay for machine operators is not very high. There is no 401k matching. The interior, including the break room is nothing to brag about. Have to use saved PTO during the winter break.
