Pros
The pay is good and benefits are as well, but neither are worth the cost working here takes on your mental and physical health.
Cons
Inept, absentee management at all levels. No appreciation is expressed for hard work and blame is passed down the chain, routinely. Nepotism is rampant, and promotion only comes to those with the right connections, instead of to those who are worthy. If you want a career that is fulfilling, don't even consider this place.
