      Everything. Toxic work environment, poor leadership, lack of community, low pay, terrible benefits, harassment, everyone is miserable, no personal growth or skills to develop, and very little career opportunities.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
