      Good money for relatively easy work. Diverse group of employees.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. Constant mandatory overtime, sometimes going into a thirteen day stretch.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
