They want your entire life to be devoted to the company, on and off the clock. There is no work-life balance whatsoever. You exist solely to work when they want you to, which is literally every day. It is not unusual to work a month straight with no days off. Constant pressure from an incompetent managerial team. You will not be treated like a person and you'll be made to feel ungrateful for wanting to see your family or rest your body after hard manual labor.
