Pros
Decent pay for an entry level position.
Cons
A select few people do all of the work and are never considered for promotions. If you aren't part of the "club" (i.e. if you didn't grow up in town or go to school with them), you will never be considered for other positions and you will be expected to work while others stand around and do nothing. Hours are currently being cut drastically and the hard workers are being sent home while other people get to stay on the clock when they have no work to do. If one is offered full-time employment, it is not fair to send them home when production is low so often that they only get part-time hours on their check. They make it sound like we have a choice, but we don't. The favorites get to stay even when production is low and do nothing.
