      - Team based environment - Good management

      - The company had bought out competitors and the communication suffered. My job was mostly handling communication from customers and engineers for custom orders that had been back logged for months for very simple issues.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
