Pros
Enercon treated me very fairly. As a contractor, with broken service for the same client, the accountants determined that my per-diem was taxable after the calendar anniversary of my employment. I was not in agreement with this determination, but, I was not willing to end my contract over it since it was a conservative decision based upon ensuring the company was not liable. In response to this decision, my supervisor fought for giving me a raise to help offset the financial impact. The supervisor team always treated me fairly and the pay rate was competitive.
Cons
As a "one of" contractor, I am used to minimal communication and actually prefer it that way. However, Enercon was on the low end of my comfort zone with communication concerning my contract and the end date of said contract.
