Pros
Enercon can be a great place to work for those who are engaged & proactive. They have high quality standards which is why they have repeat clients & solid engineering reputation. The company is making headway in renewable & carbon neutral projects, which give more fulfilling projects. To have career progression, you have to make your own way & communicate it to your supervisor. There are training programs but they're not advertised openly to employees...if you put yourself out there, you'll get opportunities. If you are there to punch the clock & get a check, you can do that also & be fine. It's also fairly easy to move around within the company. It helps that we can work from home & hours are flex. They're also Respectful of work/life balance as long as it doesn't interfere w deadlines.
Cons
Leadership is conservative & there isn't ongoing or regular communication on policies & company intent. There's a lot of ambiguity around day 2 day office policies. They're focused on the bottom line too much & everything communicated is about revenue.
