We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations and we would like to address some of the points you raised: Office Environment: We recently refurbished our office with new chairs and games tables to create a more comfortable and enjoyable workspace for everyone. We continually strive to provide the best possible environment for our team. Support and Hybrid Working: We are committed to supporting our employees and maintaining a flexible hybrid working model, that many of our staff enjoy. We encourage open communication at all levels and try to ensure everyone feels supported and understood. Technology: Our goal is to equip our team with the necessary tools to succeed. The systems we use aim to provide quality, efficient resources for all staff. Management and Strategy: We aim to recognise and reward contributions from all team members, not just those with the highest financial impact. We continuously review our strategies and welcome constructive feedback to enhance our operations. Regarding the job title mentioned, we have only ever employed three Senior Talent Consultants, all of whom are still part of our team. This discrepancy suggests there may be some confusion or error in the review? We regret that your experience did not reflect our values and efforts.
