Please don't get sucked in!!! - Project Coordinator Energy Remodeling Employee Review

Pros

The production office has a pretty laid back atmosphere for the most part. Unless an owner is in. Then it's hectic and stressful with lots of yelling.

Cons

Company is ripping people off. You're not trained properly and set up for failure. Procedures are archaic and cause delays and everything is blamed on the PCs, even when you can prove you did exactly what you were told to do. Upper management and owners think it's ok to scream and cuss at you. They will make false promises of raises and bonuses that never happen just to keep you there hoping.

Pros

Started working here shortly after high school not really knowing what my next move was, fortunately they saw something in me and gave me the opportunity to learn different departments, gain work experience, and grow with in the company. There is definitely growth opportunity if you work hard and go after it.

Cons

It is pretty fast pace always keeps you on your toes, which isn't necessarily a con.

Pros

As soon as I started working for Energy Remodeling, INC, I received the training and tools necessary to be successful. I started working as an Office Manager/Project Coordinator, after leaving the Oil Field industry. At first I was scared of the industry transition, but, I soon realized it was the best place to be, seeing as this industry is a stable one. I was making a lot more money based on my hard work and commitment. After one year of working "behind the scenes" with the company and proving my self, I was appointed to Sales. Another year went by, and thanks to my hard work, loyalty, and dedication, I have the official title of Sales Trainer. Working hard will get you built up. Nothing is handed to anyone. Also, direct to Sales: All training is provided; Everyone is willing to help you out, your success is our success. No cold calling or door knocking; the company sets appointments for you. YOUR Success and financial freedom comes with a positive mind, hard work, and dedication.

Cons

2 Years later... I have nothing bad to say. Pro's speak for themselves.
