Great company - Crew Leader Energy Services Group Employee Review

So they finally got rid of the toxic manager at the top of one of their billing platforms, however, this has done little to change the overall toxic environment.

Last year they had gotten rid of a project manager whose main accomplishment was never finishing a project. They brought them back this year and, months later, guess how many projects they have completed? That's right! Not even one. The executive and management teams at ESG would lose a fight with gravy. They couldn't pour water out of a boot with directions on the heel.

Company is great with training and helps people learn the industry. There is two maybe three competent leaders working there.

Besides afore mentioned people, the management is abysmal. From treating employees poorly to neglecting customers they can teach employees poor habits. Parent company in DE is absent and frankly ineffective. If they spent more time on running the business and taking care of work and less time in petty drama the company would still fail.
